Unless someone else knows officilally then you might be able to as a multiscreen sub would be needed if you can stream the channels from your box.

@Bittereinder  Looking at the sky go app for iOS I can't see the viaplay channels listed , so I'm declined to think it won't be available via sky go on any platform regardless of multi screen status

They are not on the app itself @SKY1992bf but it is usually possible to stream channels to the app directly from the Sky Q box so I think this is what @Bittereinder @is asking about,

Recording on Skybox are no longer appearing on Sky Go app on my android tablet

I recently contacted Sky to try to cut down my bill and we removed Multiscreen, Kids and Boxsets. Added in Sky Go Extra as I said that I watch more recorded programmes on my tablet than on the TV so wanted the full Sky Go service. Now I can use the app but there is no Recordings on the bottom of the homepage on my tablet. So can't use my tablet to watch my recordings which is the function I want the most! 

If anyone can help that would be amazing as I'm just going round and round in circles ATM getting more and more cross with myself.

As far as I know you would need a Multiscreen subscription for that.

Also, I don't think you can remove Box Sets as I would think you would be on (or moved to) Sky Signature, which includes Box Sets as standard.

dont know if this will be any help to anyone, but i tell you what ive been doing and maybe, it might help,

anyway its all really strange, but over the last couple of days i purchaed a wifi repeater, anyway i set it up, and its gone from now i can get sky go on the mobile i couldnt before but could on my android tablet, and i thought still not happy with it, so now i have the repeteater it seems to now letting me use the app as it should be, as before all this it wasnt seeing the box, even though everything was setup right, thats the only thing i can put it down too, at this point i will say that its made my wifi better somehow as the wifi on my sky q mini were loing the wifi on the router, so i have a   po****** adapter conecting the sky q mini together and they all seem to working well together, so maybe thats what it was causing my problem.

 

i hope this might help someone as its so frustrating when things dont work as they should.

As @oj01 has said you would need to reinstate multiscreen so you can view your recordings on your tablet as cancelling has taken this function away,

Why is it so difficult to upgrade to sky go extra.i can't find it anywhere on the app or on the website

The only way to get it added is by calling Sky. 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

When asked why you are calling try saying nothing as the bot should then route your call to an advisor.

Does anyone know how to fix error code DFE1? 
Every time I try and download something from sky go to my ipad ,the DFE1 error code appears. I have turned the iPad on and off, deleted and reinstalled the app and it's still showing same error code

Do you have Sky Go Extra on your account as this is needed before you can download content to the app.

I've recently encountered this issue on both iPad and iPhone (latest iOS on both). I agree that deleting and reinstalling the app is a great waste of time so what's the practical solution SKY?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
