Hi I have no Sky VIP button in my app home page and never have since activating it, have signed in and out and reinstalled app as tech suggested but still nothing any ideas?

Strange that then, all you can do is to keep on at Sky support to see if they can get to the bottom of what the issues is.

Unable to "Download to laptop"
I'm using the SkyGo all on my macbook air, I am normally able to download episodes of Brooklyn 99 to this. I've just gone to download this weeks episode but the only options are to download it in HD or Sd to my sky+ box. I don't have a sky+ box as I live on a boat and have been happily downloading episodes to my macbook for months. Does anyone know why the "Download to laptop" option, normally the first option, is not there?

Via my PC series 6 episode 9 has a download option on for me, I found this by searching for it and selecting the result that appears and then you can see episodes 7, 8 and 9.

The download option is there on PC but that is only for downloading remotely to the Sky boxes. There is no option to download to the actual PC.
It's the same on iPhone.

Hi I have sky box set package and sky Go. When I want to download something to watch on sky Go it says you must be a sky customer and have the relevant package which I have.
Any ideas why I can't watch anything.

I don’t usex Sky Go butvif memory serves me well don’t you need to be a Sky Go extra customer before you can download?

but are you a Sky Go Extra customer if not and you are just using Sky Go then you won’t be able to download but you can stream.
