Since the latest update, yesterday my sky go stops with this error code after 30-45 mins.
It worked fine before and nothing changed in my setup. Wired connection. Restarting the app fixes the issue so the app needs restarting all the time.
Have you tried an uninsall of the app and the hidden folders it uses to see if this fixes it for you and stops the need for you to keep restarting it ?
Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders:
Sky
Sky Go
And if it is present the Cisco folder is App\Data\LocalLow. Empty your recycle bin.
Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.
Can't get sky go on my laptop. Was asked to instal new app months ago, & have done it many times since. Still
"No Go"!

my Sky Go is not working very well lately. The download of the movies is so slow and painful. Sometimes it works but sometimes gets stuck in for ever with either of these messages near the movie that i am trying to download:
downloading
downloading 0%
It is not way to get out of it even if I restart the app, reconnect the WIFI...nothing works! apart from deleting the download so the next one queued starts, or not. Now even crashes and cannot do anything!

Sky Go app is upgraded to latest version 20.6.1
I am a SKY customer and i am logged in so that is OK
my iPad is a bit old with iOS version is 9.3.5 , as it is an old one is not possible to upgrade it further
I am fully connected to the WIFI at home and it works OK, same WIFI i am using to send this message
I have 26GBs available of space
VPN is not Connected
Please help, I am travelling soon anad would like to download the movies to see but dont know what to else to do

When I do a test my the app for speed check i get this in pic that I'm connect wired but I'm not my phone is wireless
I used to be with Sky. Now I have returned back to sky for my tv/broadband/phone. But when I download my sky app it seems to remember my old details. As the app has been stored in the cloud I cannot seem to download a fresh one! And when I try and log in as if a new client it remembers my email address as that has not changed
My Sky app doesn't work properly the homepage doesn't load and neither does the VIP area. Frustrating
Can you not delete it from the cloud so you can download a fresh copy from the app store.
Perhaps try deleting the app then installing it once more.
How do you delete apps from cloud???!

Then unable to load configuration

No idea so perhaps try googling it, so something like "delete files from cloud iphone" or whatever device you have.

What are you doing about error 60-1 on sky go very frustrating I've uninstalled and reinstalled app don't have sky q what you suggest
