As I said yesterday what should be important is the viewing card number when it comes to using the app to set remote recordings.
Is the viewing card that is shown on the Sky+ app match the one that is in your Sky Q box ?

Have you tried using the search for boxes button to see if the app can find the viewing card that is in your Sky Q box ?

Sky Go on tvOS 13,14,15 support to end
Hi Everyone
To maintain the best experience on Sky Go, we sometimes have to end support for older operating systems.
From the 25th of September, Sky Go will no longer open on devices running on tvOS 13, 14 and 15.
By updating to tvOS 16 or above, you'll continue to be able to use Sky Go 👍

I have the same problem with a new Lenovo lap top. Skygo stopped working on all iOS devices in January and I went through the whole escalation process then. In the end I was told that sky knew there was a problem and their app developers were working on it and I should keep trying. That was 8 months ago.
don't waste your time. Very poor and costly service.

I am getting the crash too. Tried uninstall, reinstall. Uninstall, REVO clean, reboot and reinstall. No go.
When looking at the event viewer I am getting this error. Every time Sky Go tried to launch.

Then below that error there is about 15-20 of these SidebySide errors.

I am a desktop PC. I9 10900k with Intel Z490 chipset.
As you can see, its only version 24.1.3.0. I can not get the software to update to 24.1.3.2. Only one PC account, which is mine and its the Admin account.
Today I tried again, downloaded a fresh installer, and the skygo install direct from sky website only installs 24.1.3.0.
So, considering how it looks like 24.1.3.2 can help people, why is there not a installer for that version? as it appears alot of people who get this error, are getting the problem before the sky go app can update.

Sky go stopped working on PS5
My app has stopped working on the PS5 all of a sudden. Working fine for a few years with no issues.
Now get an error saying "you can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need XYZ or Sky Go Extra (which is on my account) to access the device.
Tried tech support who haven't been able to help. Have reset the router, reinstalled the app. Logged in with both approved accounts to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated

Xbox Error e07282b0 on Sky Broadband
Hi,
I'm getting the error message "Sorry but there was a problem playing the selected video, please try again. Please try again later. (e07282b0)"
It was working perfectly fine until today when my new Sky Broadband package was installed and activated.
The app also fine when I'm connected through a separate 5G hotspot so I suspect it may be Sky Broadband related.
I am getting the error on both Xbox One and Xbox Series S.
Could someone please escalate to a private chat?

Cannot login to Skygo on Apple TV
Hi,
Sky go app on Apple TV isn't recognising my login details.
have deleted and reinstalled app twice.

Do you have the Whole Home sub? It's necessary for Sky Go on Apple TV boxes.

Brilliant, thanks. This fixed Sky Go for me on a new Surface Laptop running Snapdragon X Plus.
Right Click SkyGo.exe | Properties | Compatibility (tab) | Change Emulation Settings | Tick "Hide x64 Emulation Capability (x86 apps only)"
With this ticked in "Default" Emulation mode, it's working perfectly 🙂

With this ticked in "Default" Emulation mode, it's working perfectly 🙂
I had previously tried changing the Emulation mode but none of those worked and I was receiving the same appcrash as you. Changed back to "Default" emulation with the above tick box enabled and all working. A native ARM version would be better but this might get you through for now. Hope it works for you too 🤞
