Unable to connect to my account

My sky stream went into factory reset and now after trying to set it up again won't connect to my account, I'm now not able to watch any tv at all through sky, this is now the worst experience ever purchased!!😡😡

Hi, I had this issue and have resolved it today so thought it worth adding some more info. For me, the Sky go app on apple tv showed a QR code, i followed this on my phone and (after logging in to Sky) i could set a security question. When i tried to log in to the app on Apple tv it still didnt work but a reset (or maybe the time a reset took) fixed it i wasnt asked for the security question when logging in to the app but it seems to just need you to have one. (Like the answer above, i needed an extra helpful Sky agent, George in Bulgaria, willing to spend the time to help me here, thanks George)

@crispy74 afraid it wont what you have been informed is incorrect.

 

Mine is on the latest firmware for the Q box (Q310.000.13.00L ) and for the Sky Go app i'm on the latest software version 25.1.1.  

 

Have you tried uninstalling the app from your mobile device then rebooting your Q box then re-installing the app and finally trying to record again to me it seems your Q box is not registering with the app to receive the record command. 

The old Sky+ app was really good for checking that it was all registered and the correct viwing card was registered but this app is no longer available/supported 

 

 

TNT sports and Comedy Central not working

We can never get TNT sports, Comedy Central and some music channels which all in our package. It says check satellite signal, these only channels it does it on. Any suggestions please? Thanks

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've tried from both my Apple and Android mobiles and it doesn't work on either. Sky Q box on Q300 software version which I was told by sky was the latest version. Sky have basically dismissed my issue.

my skygo on windows 11 is on a go slow i did a fresh install of windows and skygo and now when i change the channel or press the x to get to the tv guide its very slow take for ever to do anythink i have tryed everythink

My Sky go is not working on either my mobile or tablet, I'm just getting a constant spinning circle for the home screen trying to load. I have full connectivity, have cleared cache and data and uninstalled and reinstalled the apps on both devices. I have also restarted both devices. Have never had any issue previously.

If both devices are connected to your Wifi then have you tried a reboot of your broadband hub ?

I'm on a mobile dongle and everything else is working fine?

Just did that and it worked, thanks a lot!!!!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
