Finally it works (kind of). I think I was downloading an older version and it would not update.
I have spent about 6 hours uninstalling Skygo and reinstalling 4 times, and a lot of work trying to delete sky and Cisco history. TRUSTEDINSTALLER does not let me uninstall everything. Finally sussed TRUSTEDINSTALLER after much Googling.
Still got an echo on the voices but bearable.
On Android it is perfect.
