I am writing to notify anyone who has suffered the same Sky Go problem as me that it has thankfully now been resolved. I have not been given any details of the fix but I understand that it was because my problem was escalated to Sky's Business Resiliance and Fault Management Team. As promised they delivered the required fix within 72 hours after it was referred to them. I am delighted and very grateful to them..
