As I said above, if you have followed those instructions then it should stop them soon enough but just not straight away so you need to give it a bit more time.

Just tried on my Xbox Series X and it is working fine When you say you "rebooted" did you reboot the router as well? Is your Xbox NAT open? if not then make your Xbox the DMZ on your router
