I have tried IE, Firefox and Opera, all give out the same error messsage. Any ideas?
On some occasions, I receive the sound but no picture if this helps.

The first thing to do is to get the DRM free test channel to work... which is "Sky news"...
Then try Account channels that require the DRM player of silverlight Which Is were the issues will show up....
There is another Issues with LIVE channel DRM today....
So test with catch up content "First"... once the silverlight Player is enabled in browser all the content should just play.... If you have error codesyou need to state what that error code is...

Your date and Time zone IS wrong noramly causes that issue...
UK time zone with UK date format, with Britsh Summer time enable and time corrected from internet will normal fix that issue .

This error can usually be fixed by making sure your time is correct and that the date is in the correct format of 27/08/2015 and that it is set to GMT+1 and finally the language is set to UK (English).
Ok so I do think I have solved the issue this time by running SkyGo "as administrator".
I run SkyGo the desktop app on a work laptop which I have admin rights on. However it appears something somewhere has changed on the policy that is pushed down that has resulted in some file that is written not being readable after it has been written.
I have run it several times as administrator and had no issues. If I run it normally I get the white screen as before.
Trying to watch Sky go and keep getting signed out, every five minutes with the error message [t:3050 / c:4110]
I have tried uninstalling Silverlight, and installing it again, this does not fix the problem, any help gratefully recieved.
Getting this error also, every several minutes, since approximately last week, using Windows 7.
Will keep an eye on this thread for any updates.
As I said in my earlier post, Sky say it's definitely their problem and their technical people are working on it. It's nothing to do with our respective systems.
I have just heard back from a sky contact via this forum and they do want more people to contact them regarding this error as they have only recieved one report so far which I presume is from you

Hi! I'm having same problem with windows 7
Yep looks like we are stuck with this fault until Sky one day gets rid of silverlight it has always given problems .SkyGo is useless at tthe present time to all of us
Just noticed that Sly have put this announcement up:
Not sure urge about the closing it and it will return to normal part but it is good that we have an acknowledgement of the issue.
