I had the same problem and the suggestions did not work for me, however, I found this page on the sky help and the first option worked ...

Basically, you need to restart the Sky Go app. HOWEVER, just closing the app does not fully close it, you need to go to task manager and end the Sky Go task from there. I reopened the Sky Go app and all worked fine.
