You could try speaking to Sky about it as they should well know about this issue as I should imagine you are one in a very long line of people that have had the same issue after upgrading to Windows 10. They are usually quite strict on this so don't be surprised if they say they can't help but it must be worth a try.

 

Just to correct what  has said, while we can only add one new device per month, we can remove as many as we want.
