Is Sky go compatible with unrooted Andriod boxs

Hi Im looking to buy an Andriod TV box with the main intention been able to use for my  Sky go  I  read info about devices needing to be unrooted varient  and that  a updated compatibility lists is growing all the time so  was wondering if the Sky go app is now working on unrooted andriod tv boxs such as MXQ or M8s , or if anyone can suggest a andriod box it does 100%  work on
