Re: Sky Go buffering & issues in general

Please understand that I am so tired of answering the same questions (the exact same ones you've just asked about my computer) for the 100th time when I have already gone through this with the Sky tech team so many times before.. I am not here to go through this again, I am here to ask people to report any Sky problems by phone. I thought my original post was clear in this.

 

As I said - the links I provided were to get you guys started - they are by no means the only ones if you do a little bit of a research. THERE ARE MORE and I am not the only person experiencing this.

Why is it that I feel like none of you so far are A) LISTENING, and B) actually turning this into some kind of a competition to prove me wrong by scrambling for evidence to disprove what I'm saying?

My original post is to tell people what Sky have told me - call them and report your problem if you are experiencing one, it is more likely to be looked into sooner. Which is logical and actually makes perfect sense, when you think about it.

I am repeating information I have been given. Whether you like the sound of this or not, I could not care less. I am telling people the advice I was given directly from Sky twice now, which I believe is worth sharing.

I have run out of ways to get this message across. Yet another reason to phone Sky directly and avoid forum point-scoring.
