I say it again - if anyone's having a problem with full screen buffering, then they should post on this thread. They could report it by phone or livechat too if they want too - no-one's stopping them. Doing both is more likely to achieve something that one or the other.
If there are many RECENT posts about it, then Sky will investigate. Until then, I doubt they will. It's not on their list of current issues , which includes both forum and phone reports.
