Contact company first. Always the way of a good customer. Try sky forums next when they can't help or 'log' the complaint. Try external forums next and deal with what a fool we are for selecting sky. Try social media next but get the same idiot trolls. Tell your friends who don't give a monkeys coz your silly for not using pirate ways. Still issue not solved so wait for the day other providers who can care for all customers offer same or better and occasionally post some frustration on this forum. Change phone, start again until that day of the internet powers, which will come. Sky still have lots of happy customers so won't matter a jot overall, if you look at every customer, most happy, no worries to sky. As long as majority have it working it's fine with sky, you can call then as much as you have time for, company too big for the minority. Buy a phone or device that works, it's all in the master corporation plan.
