i have been trying to find a solution to the same thing for two days!
After speaking to sky twice, hp once and Microsoft 4 times, I finally got in touch with intel (the manufacturer of my graphics driver). I was asked to uninstall the current driver in device manager and then re install the latest version from their website.... I thought there was no way it would work... but it did!!!
you can find out the manufacturer of the driver by searching device manager from settings (I'm using hp stream laptop, may be different for other makes/models), drizzle down under display adapters and it should say intel hd graphics driver or something like that, I uninstalled, restarted and installed the latest version from
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25176/Intel-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit-N-Series- I then opened sky go and started to stream with no bother.
I hope this helps someone as it drove me totally crazy!!!!
