This isn't a error that Sky can fix as it is something that is a miss at your end so try the following if you haven't already:
Things to try:
· Rebooting your PC/Mac
· Using another browser
· In Windows run your browser as administrator
· Mac users - confirm your account rights - make sure admin appears under the current user.
· Mac users - add go.sky.com in the parental controls section from the system section
· Add go.sky.com to trusted sites
· Uninstall/reinstall the Silverlight plugin
· Disable Win7 & 8 Audio enhancements
· Disconnect any peripheral audio devices (headphones, microphones, headsets etc…)
· Reinstall/upgrade audio drivers. Make sure that your audio drivers are compatible with the OS and Microsoft certified.
· Try Silverlight V4
· Reinstall the PlayReady runtime.
