I've just had a search of Sky Go and the Sky TV Guide and cannot find Christmas Vacation anywhere; Sky Go, On Demand or the Movie channels.
It is therefore most likely that Sky simply don't have the rights to show it at the moment. In fact, the only place I can find it available On Demand is via Amazon, so it is likely they have currently hold the screening rights.
