My mum is partially sighted. She has a Samsung galaxy tab running android nougat (or maybe marshmallow?). She uses Talkback.
Yesterday I remotely installed Sky+ for her but could not find Now & Next view. On my android phone there is a button at the bottom of the grid view screen, but it is not there on mum's version. I notice it is also missing from the screenshots on the playstore.
Why is the button not there? Is Now & Next view unavailable on some devices?
