Tried unsuccessfully to get the Sky App on my IPhone, the message kept saying agree to T&C's which were agreed to on numerous occasions.
Got rubbish advise about deleting and reinstalling the App which I did, going on an internet browser to agree with T&C's which I could not find.
Eventually phoned SKY and after a 15 wait spoke to a very pleasant lady who somehow managed to get into my account and do something which got me past the Agree to the T&C's.
I found the whole operation massively frustrating and time consuming. I am not the first with this problem and will not be the last.
