If Sky Go Extra hasn't been activated on your account yet then I can't see how two slots have been removed. When Sky's calls centres are open again you will need to speak to them about this.
Sky Go Extra has been free for a while via the MySky app however you do have to be on the Gold, Platinum or Black levels to be able to get it.
