I have got the problem as well 
Elementary Season 4 Ep4 stuck at 4%, retried downloading several times.
I have the latest Sky Go Download Player: 1.015327.48
*UPDATE* Tried again it asked me for a code to prove I was human, and its now downloaded Elementary Season 4 Ep4. successfully.
