Same here, downloaded the app on Easter Thursday and not been able to watch anything on SkyGo since.
The thing is Sky, I am not a BETA tester for an app that obviously is not fit for purpose. I don't get paid to provide early version feedback to you, more importantly I am paying you for a service that no does not work.
The fact that you've done away with browser functionality at this early stage when the teething problems are obvious is frankly astonishing, their needs to be a much smoother integration of roll out, not just a one and done process.
It's apparent it either needs removing from market in the short term or at least some form of patched update but whether this will be communicated to your customers I very much doubt it.
Oh well, I guess Netflix will have to do and I'll have to start also thinking about ending the subscription for good.
