Windows 10 update

Once again, Microsoft has updated my PC with another version of Windows 10, without offering me a choice in the matter. As with the previous updates, Sky Go Extra no longer recognises my PC, so I have to wait in the queue until January before I can use the device again. I've reported this problem previously but no solutions were suggested. Bearing in mind that this issue will recur and often affects more than one computer, any ideas?
