I called them in the end and they said they spoke to the developers of the App and it will never work for us now. As the laptop is abroad, it will only work if we bring it to the U.K. and stream from it and then take it back. Then it will only work for 37 days. I’m guessing the new app is sensitive to the use of a VPN now as per the BBC iPlayer. Very disappointed as I pay such a huge subscription and being able to share with my loved ones via the SkyGo app made it bearable. Considering cancelling my contract now.
