For info I tried this on a windows PC and found it to be impossible. Got rid Of the Sky Go app by uninstalling Silverlight as The app itself does not appear anywhere by it's own name in any uninstall applications. When trying to delete "anything Cisco related" I kept getting the try again or cancel option as it was being used by something else. I've no idea what but in any event when installing the new Sky Go app and Sky Sports Player both re-install Cisco Video stuff during the install process. I've no idea if this is the same on a MAC but also no reason to believe it isn't.
