The new SKY GO app is terrible! I work away from home and rely on SKY Go for watching TV. I pay over £100 per month for this service and the new app isn’t up to the task.
Is there a way I can revert to the old way of watching SKY?

Very unhappy with the service, if something doesn’t change then I will be forced to look at other providers who can actually provide a service that they are getting paid for!

This forum is customer to customer so you haven’t expressed your pov to Sky unfortunately.
FYI it was broken because browsers one after another are cancelling support for Silverlight which ran the old streaming app. Hence a change was inevitable. Shame Sky appear not to have fully tested the replacement prior to forcing us to ‘upgrade’.
Any idea how Sky manage to get the new Sky Sports app working ok when that doesn't use silverlight either? That's Videoguard like the Sky Go app, so why couldn't they have gone the same route as they have with that?
