As part of Sky Q's development the Sky Q app will be added to smart TV's and other third party devices in the future, however at this point no one can confirm if the Sky Q app will be added to Apple TV's in the UK.
But if the functionality is launched in Germany, i think its reasonable to think it will eventually be rolled out in the UK as well.
