This seems to be a common problem among sky customers, something Sky seems reluctant to fix.
Been using SkyGo for years on my mac via Safari which always worked perfectly, since downloading the App for Mac nothing will play, whether that be live tv or catch up. For some reason, it worked when I was traveling on a train using their wifi but it refuses to work anywhere else... No error messages appear its just a blank screen. Tried contacting sky to resolve the issue but they were beyond unhelpful.
If anyone else has had similar issues and have found a solution it would be much appreciated!
