I have tried to delete cookies etc on my MacBook Pro, uninstalled the Sky Go Desktop 1.0.19-1 and reinstall but I am still getting this error message "Unable to load configuration. Please ensure your device has an active network connection and try again. If the problem persists, the service may be unavailable and you may need to wait a few minutes before re-trying." then changes to "Connecting your application. We're having problems connecting you. Please try again (002)."
Please describe in detail the procedure you did to fix this. Which browser did you delete from and how did you delete all Sky cookies?
