I have the same problem with error code 0000
I have been watching on Internet Explorer 11 but that now seems to have stopped working completely - as of today I think. The thing is, I don't have a television and my ONLY way of watching Sky is via my Windows 10 Desktop Computer - if I cannot watch it then I will need to cancel the subscription.
I have Windows 10 Desktop and Bitdefender Antivirus.
help anyone? (or is there a telephone helpline?)
