I continually fail to watch sky go on my mac book air. I have no problems on my other MAC devices (phone, iMac, Ipad). I was able to remove CISCO folder last week and the player worked for a day or two before now not loading. I have downloaded the Sky Go installer to no avail before deleting it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight. I have used Safari, Google, FF & Chrome. The closest I have gotten is using Safari and logging in and selecting Sky Go. When I click to watch now Safari directs to a page and states 'Safari cant open the page "skygo://vod/" because MACos doesnt recognise these pages.
I am using MACos High Sierra 10.13.4.
I have called sky today to be told they are aware of the problem with MAC access but cant understand why I was able to use my MAC recently.
Anyone have any ideas or is this a fault with MAC that I have to wait to be resolved.
