The Sky App for Xbox One was released on 9th December and now it is 8th Jan ... I have not been able to watch the sky tv on my xbox one since the app was released.
Firstly when i sign in and click any chanel it says "cannot connect to Tv right now" etc
I have tried all kinds of methods and also removed the device from my managed devices and now it says when i log in that I have reached the limit for devices this month etc. greeeaaattttttt..
Yes I have sky go extra account as i have multiroom so you get sky go extra for free. So please do not say I do not have sky go extra. I have gone to xbox support which was a waste of time and now am here.
But... it says I have to upgrade to sky go extra when I have multiroom which gives you sky go extra for free. I need you to reset my devices because I am not waiting another month for the xbox one to be connected. It could be the account needs to be set to have sky go extra as customers who have multiroom which seems to me is the conflicting issue or should I say the problem.
