Re: New Windows desktop app... Stutter

I can report that my Sky Go is still working this morning as described earlier.  PC turned off overnight.  Prior to turning off I opened Task Manager and disabled Cisco Videoguard from starting in the Start-up tab.  Another plus is the app is no longer the resource hog in terms of CPU, GPU and memory useage.   The only things I've differently from previous instals of Sky Go is the location from which I downloaded it (although in all honesty that might not be true because I've downloaded from several different links in my attempts to make this work but the link I posted is the most recent I've tried) and the fact I stopped Cisco Videoguard by pressing the End Task button in Task Manager prior to running it.  I'm convinced nothing has changed on my PC, certainly nothing I've done so maybe Sky have done something to the app.  For info I've never had any issues running the app on my ios devices so this applies strictly to Windows (10) desktop PC on which, like many others,  I've had a blinking nightmare experience which is flipping frustrating!!

Either way I sincerely hope others can benefit and that possibly Sky have worked a solution but fail to publicise it because of their 'news blackout' mentality.    Good luck.
