 if you could take a look at the thread on the sound issue with the Xbox one and take a look at some of the suggestions for fixing it.

Edit: It's actually a thread on the PS4 but if you could take a look at the thread there with it's suggestions and if it doesn't work then look at the post above providing some extra information.
