Hi,
i have had this problem for the last few days on both my laptop which is running win 10, and my desktop PC whips is win 7. Tried deleting the file you mentioned and so far seems good, but I noticed when closing sky go down in places the file back again, does this mean I will have to keep deleting the file and rebooting each time, or is it a final solution.
i had spent hours on the phone with sky yesterday and we tried many things, none of which worked, so they are obviously unaware of this solution.
