Well, II'm delighted to find that Sky have gone back to their usual unhelpful stance after the last Windows10 patch, which knackered three of my devices, just as happened at upgrade to W7, W8 and W10. Several phone calls, lots of patronising conversation, culminating in 'We've decided we can do it for you this time, but can't guarantee we'll be able to do it again'.
Sky Go offers me Sky on four devices, not four variants in its shoddy method of identifying them. I haven't changed any of them for yonks. I utterly resent the waste of my time this entails every time it happens and the patronising 'doing you a favour' tone of the people I have to talk to. Appalling
