Device registration problems

I have been using Sky Go for a few years now, with myriad problems throughout - not least the fact it does notwork with anything apart from old version of IE - always on the same two devices: a PC and a iPhone 4S. These haven't changed (except last December when I got a new laptop) and yet, in the past few days, both my devices were randomly deleted and when I tried to register one I received the message "you've reached your maximum registration this month" or something along those lines, despite the fact that I hadn't made any changes, Sky randomly had. I managed to get past these messages and finally get Sky Go working with my PC, yet it won't work with the phone. While I'm aware you're allowed one device change a month - for some reason - that I didn't actually make any changes should preclude this, surely? I didn't alter my devices, Sky did. This seems like a strange error that I am now hamstrung by. Ideas?
