There are a lot more by a big way that Tab Pro 10.1 works than not but that's not the point, what is the customers devices that don't work.
Have you changed ISP? Router?, have you tried on anybody else's WiFi, Have you enabled any security on your router or from your ISP. I know its getting you and our customers down but its just not making sense as to why some do and some don't and this is the problem, I'll get a blast of somebody for saying this but I wish everybody who has a Tab Pro 10.1 they would all fail then you have a good starting point
