My Sky Go has stopped working on my tablet. It's displaying the messge - 'unable to connect. Sorry, yyou need an internet connection to a 3G/4G or Wi-Fi network'
I have checked my WiFi connection on the tablet and all is ok. I have no idea what to do. There is nothing else on the screen so I can't click on anything to access any other screens. I've checked that we only have 2 devices on Sky Go.
