I have had this exact problem and posted about it 3 hours ago here (post titled with the error message).
ive not been abroad, am in the uk.
ive deleted and reinstalled the app.
ive updated tv q software
ive updated iOS
ive checked location my phone thinks it is in
ive checked settings of location settings.
ive contacted sky and had my sky ID reset
Ive tried switching WiFi on my phone off and it works fine on my mobile data 4G, and on 3/4G when out of the house, but on the WiFi - nope.
ive not changed any WiFi or router settings recently either or changed networks or anything
it was working fine and then randomly one night I was trying to stream online some American dad from itv on catch up using watch online button and it wouldn’t work and said that exact message. It’s the same for anything on there that needs streaming.
ive been talking to sky and they haven’t got a clue.
