Not sure if anyone else has suffered this but all videos that I am playing on the desktop app appear to be playing too fast, this includes live and on demand. As a result there is also no audio. As the video plays too fast, in the case of live TV it stops to buffer regularly as it reaches the end of the available stream, ie waiting for more to be broadcast.
I am running Windows 10 Pro and all appeared to work fine on my PC until I updated the graphics drivers (Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti) this week. I have uninstalled both the Sky Go App and Cisco Videoguard before reinstalling in the hope this would fix the issue with no success.
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas? I suspect it is some kind of bug with the graphics driver and Sky Go/Videoguard and suspect it may require an update from either Nvidia or Sky to fix.
Update: Sorry, had restarted the PC several times with no success, so decided to disconnect my second monitor and reconnect it and this solved the problem.
