I have the sky go app on my xbox one but can only view Sky News. When selecting any other channel i get an error "cannot connect to tv from sky...."
I have checked my Sky go extra account and the Xbox is a registered device.
I have seen a number of similar posts but as yet found no resolution. Any suggestions?
