I gave had this problem since November and now sorted due to another users info: here's what we did. 1) Delete programs from sky player app , 2) sign in and go to settings on sky and delete device from the app - if it's say can't, retry, 3) unistall player app totally fromPC/ laptop. 4 ) re install player new app but use Firefox not safari for Apple and go to apples security settings to say allow ) 5) go to sky go and choose a down load - it should now work .... It did for me - 2 months it took to find this chaps post!!!
