Sky store Blocks Mirror mode on PCs... You can not use the silverlight player in miirror mode on Sky store player... from a mobile lap top device.... Silver light DRM CAN kill HDMI out from PCs
The content producers require sky go and sky store to block the content in mirror mode via HDMI....
Sky go currently does not block HDMI VIA silver light due to errors in silverlight coding that will KILL primary HDMI monitors on tower PCs... this error is not an issue for HTML5 mobile apps as the screen is built in... Sky go currently chooses not to block the SD silver light player
Sky store does have to deal with complaints about Sky store killing their tower PC primary display for content playback... Sky go does not...
Sky go currently does not block second screen due to this error in silverlight player coding but if silverlight was to ever fix the issue of killing primary display usage to a high enough percentage, they are very likely to copy Sky store silverlight DRM coding and kill second screen usage...
HTML5 Windows 10 media apps and HTML5 web browser players are alot worse and allready do kill second screen usage on PC...
Content producers can't wait for silverlight to be unsupported because it will end second screen on PC usage as HTML5 coding supports 100% compliance with OS and GPU code to block second screen usage when they want to....
