Since two days ago I am getting the error code PFE 5003 every time that I try to watch a download, I can watch live tv and catch up, plus I can download programmes, but am unable to watch them!!!.
I had the same problem last year and followed the suggestions on this forum, which said that totally uninstalling the files, including hidden ones and emptying the recycle bin should work, which it eventually did, after a couple of attempts.
I have tried everything again, just the same as last time, but this time without any success, is there anyone out there who can help, as I spent one and a half hours, on the phone with Sky and am still awaiting an answer.
Your help would be much appreciated.
