Do you have a subscription to Sky Go Extra and Sky Boxsets and also you haven't said what you are trying to view, is it live TV or On Demand content, if it is the later what is the program (series and episode number) are you trying to watch.
There is a fault at present with Das Boot and Tin Man whereby people can not watch the catchup episodes without seeing the upgrade message.
