Ok, So I have the same issue with my Cubot X17. The phone has not been rooted, not by me anyway, and is an as is, "off the shelf" ROM. There is something seriously wrong with Sky Go if it is increasingly, as it seems, alienating Sky customers who do not want to buy into the big brand phones and tablets.
