After you've set up a new password, you'll be asked if you wanted to review your linked apps. Click on that and unlink all apps linked to your sky go. Once you've unlinked them, everyone who had access before will be asked to sign in when attempting to use your sky go.
Hi Simona, this did work for me but only on the device (Windows 10) I used to reset the password. All my other devices didn’t require a new login after the password change.
I've had the issue for months now where a 'PC' keeps connecting to my devices. At first it started filling empty slots and when i removed it, it would come back. When I filled all four slots with my devices, it would wait a month, then remove one of mine and add itself again. BTW, i changed my password numerous times and this has no impact. This is driving me crazy!
I'm, currently 'mid-month' and monitoring the devices when I noticed I suddenly had SIX slots available and 'PC' had added itself again. I remove it, it's back next day - usually when there is a good Premiership game on!
Numerous contacts with Sky support have failed to fix this and I'm constantly getting inaccurate information. First they say they can't block it and now they have asked me to monitor when it comes back, get in touch and they will block it. They tell me they can’t get any IP/geo information but they are able to block my device if I use a VPN!
They told me they had reset all the devices and to change my password again but even after this I’ve proven that ALL my 4 devices (iPhone, Mac, Android Phone, Surface Pro) can continue to use the Sky Go app (after closing and reopening) without having to log back in.
Any suggestions apart from trashing my SKY ID and starting again?
Or just cancelling as I have no confidence Sky have got a grip on this!
