I do  . I have SkyGo Extra and the full package, everything, box sets, movies, sport, the lot. I’ve checked my account and it shows that I still have SkyGo Extra and am paying the £5 a month for the privilege.

It was working perfectly fine this morning but now it fails on all my devices (desktop, iPad and iPhone). I can watch live but not download. Bill is paid up to date, no change in package (no contact with SKY), no update to any app or desktop version.

It just stopped working. All my downloads on desktop deleted (not visible).
